Hi all,

So after missing out on two Saturday's due to flooding we are back out again tomorrow and resuming with our normal competitions. But firstly though I would like to pass on a massive compliment to Denis, CJ, Andrew and Nick for all of their hard work in getting the course back, and not only playable, but presented in such good condition. The Waitemata Pro-am, held yesterday, was a huge success and a lot of favourable comments were made about the condition of the course. Very hard to believe it was under water seven days ago!

Tomorrow sees the resumption of the Summer Cup and the new dates for this are now:            

Round 2 - Sat Feb 11th, Round 3 - Feb 18th and Round 4 on Feb 24th. The first round of the Pengelly Trophy will be rescheduled for later in the year.

Advance notice - Birthday Cup

The Birthday Cup is a pairs competition and this year will be held over three rounds. The dates and competitions are:

Round 1 - Saturday March 4th - Two person ambrose

Round 2 - Sat March 17th - Foursomes

Round 3 - Sat March 24th - Best Ball and Combined

Please note that in addition to the Birthday Cup and usual club vouchers, the winners will also receive vouchers for Signal Hill Restaurant and Bar.

This will be a fun event combining different formats of golf so organise your partners in advance. Preferential tee times will be available for those playing foursomes on Sat 17th March.

Bayley's Pro Am 2023

A huge thank you to everyone involved in the 2023 Pro Am, a big thank you to the event sponsors, players and staff who all contributed to another memorable event. 

The greens staff (Denis, CJ, Andrew and Nick) have put in some long hours getting the course up to scratch following the flooding, and Brad, Urville and Marlies for all of their efforts delivering another successful event.
