AGM 2023

With the AGM approaching we will be sending out the Annual Reports early next week so that people have the opportunity to read through prior to the 16th May. 

As per last years Remit, we will be allowing people to vote in advance of the meeting and will send details of how this will work along with the 2023 Annual Reports. 

Bar Open 12 noon

We will be opening the Bar from 12noon with a Happy Hour running from 4-6pm. 

The Kitchen will be serving Friday Night Meals (Menu Below).

SATURDAY TEE SHEETS

The protocol for hosting visitors on a Saturday is that members should first obtain clearance from the respective Club Captains. The Womens Club Captain has jurisdiction over the specified Womens time slots and the Mens Club Captain over the remaining time slots. Recently we have had members booking another member into a slot and then turning up on the day with a visitor instead. This is unacceptable as it restricts members access to booking times and in future the visitor will be refused playing rights, even if this means the group ultimately plays as a three ball.

CLUB DAY - SATURDAY 27th MAY

Just a heads up that our annual Club Day is scheduled for the last Saturday in May. Full details closer to the time but essentially the format will be the same as last year. It will be an Ambrose event for teams of four with a shotgun start in the morning and another start in the afternoon. The field is open to all Full Playing and Off Peak members and entry is free.

MENS CLUB CHAMPS - STROKEPLAY

A reminder that entries will officially close on Wednesday 10th May and handicap indexes at the end of that day will apply to determine playing divisions. However late entries may be accepted up until the day of play based on space availability.
