A busy week at the club with the completion of the Stroke play competition last weekend and some awful weather playing havoc with the course. It was great to see the new drainage on 9/10 and 1 held up. Thanks to Denis and his team as well as all the volunteers who helped get the course back up and running on Wednesday.

It will be a great day so thanks to the team at the club who have all worked flat out this week to get everything organised including some great prizes. It will be a busy day at the club so please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to get organised and please be patient as the team get everyone ready to go.

Course

Can I please remind everyone as the greens get soft to repair your pitch marks or if you are unable to get down to them ask someone else to. Let's keep the greens looking good for all players.

Balls

As our course is tight often balls end up on other fairways/ fringes (mainly mine!). Please identify your ball before playing and if you see a ball and it's not yours please don't pick it up, chances are it's not a lost ball.

Good luck to all the teams this weekend and straight drives!
