Membership Invoices
All membership invoices were sent out this week. Note that the due date is the 1st March 2025.
We ask that if paying via Internet Banking you please remember to include both your membership number and your name - so that we can reconcile your payment to the correct invoice.
Direct Debit Members:
If you are already a Direct Debit Member with us then there is nothing for you to action. Your Direct Debit Installments (1st of each month) will roll over into the next membership year.
If you are not a Direct Debit Member, but would like to be, then please get in touch by emailing admin@waitematagolf.co.nz as soon as possible to organise this. Note that there is an administration fee included in this payment option ($35.00/year).
All installments go out of the same day - the 1st of each month, starting with the 1st of March 2025.
NOTE: We do NOT accept Automatic Payments as a payment option - One-off invoice or monthly Direct Debits ONLY.
Errors:
We recognise that there may be the occassional error in our invoicing system. If you feel you have received the incorrect invoice then please get in touch by emailing: admin@waitematagolf.co.nz and we'll endeavour to fix this as soon as possible.
Cancellation:
If you'd like to cancel your membership please resign in writing by emailing: admin@waitematagolf.co.nz
New Memberships:
We currently have a membership waitlist; so if you know of someone who'd like to join the club please ask them to sign up via the Online Membership Form on our website. Note that while they will be placed on the waitlist, there will be a bit of a wait as demand is quite high at the momentt.
